We kindly ask that you RSVP by Saturday, August 23rd, 2025. By doing this, it ensures we confirm an exact head count with our vendors, as well as, plan accordingly on our end! Considering our limited holding capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally addressed on envelopes and/or invitations. If you have questions, feel free to direct them towards the couple for confirmation.

In consideration of the venue space, we are only able to accommodate those children who are formally listed on the envelopes or invitations unless otherwise stated.

Both the ceremony & reception will be held outside, so please be cognizant of any variables in the weather, as we will too. The venue space will be set up accordingly.

We would love to see everyone dressed up with us in formal attire. We encourage all to wear their best while keeping in mind any variable weather that may come with the season.

Arriving 15-30 minutes before the scheduled start time of the ceremony should ensure you are able to be seated. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm.

Parking will be plentiful. Simply follow the direction which the signs instruct. If commuting across the property is an inconvenience, there will be readily available yard transportation to make the trip feasible.

Hors D'oeuvres as well as charcuterie will be available during cocktail hour. As for dinner, there will be a build-your-own Italian-themed buffet with an ample number of options to choose from. Additionally, appropriate options will be available according to dietary restrictions.

A room block has been reserved at Hampton Inn in Defiance, Ohio. A reservation can be made at any time by calling the hotel directly at (419)784-1515 - up until the cutoff date of 9/15/25 to claim a room at a discounted rate. Mention either being part of the "Reynolds Wedding" or use code "RW" & that will ensure you get the respective agreed upon room rate. There will be an Uber Extended SUV making several trips from the wedding space to the reserved hotel towards the end of the night.
