Keith and I met in 2016 when Mazie and I moved into the neighborhood. As fate would have it, Mazie quickly became friends with Keith’s daughter, Madison, which brought us together as neighboring parents. Years later, after both of us found ourselves single again, Keith invited me to lunch at El Rodeo during his work break in October 2021. What started as a simple lunch quickly blossomed into something extraordinary.

Over the years, we’ve built a life full of love, resilience, and laughter. Together, we’re raising three girls and navigating the beautiful chaos of family life. One of the foundations of our relationship is how we’ve supported each other through life’s challenges. Keith has lived with type 1 diabetes for much of his life, and I’ve watched him face it with strength, grace, and determination. His resilience inspires me daily, and he never lets his condition define or limit him.

At the same time, Keith has been my rock as I’ve embraced sobriety over the past three+ years, cheering me on every step of the way. His support and encouragement have not only strengthened our relationship but also helped me discover who I truly am and who I want to be as a person. Together, we’ve built a partnership rooted in mutual respect, care, and the belief that we can face anything as long as we have each other.

Our wedding will reflect everything that makes us, us. We’ve chosen to include a handfasting ceremony, symbolizing our commitment to each other and the weaving together of our lives. This ancient tradition feels deeply personal to us, honoring the magic and connection we share.
