They lived down in Manhattan, Kansas for 2.5 years in their comfy apartment. During those years, they learned a lot about themselves and achieved so many things. They grew up so much in that time learning how to adult as it was both of their first time living away from home, together. In March of 2020, they grew their family by 4 feet. They adopted a chocolate lab mix and named him Stewie. He is spoiled to this day with so much love. Mandy graduated college in May of 2021. Spencer finished out his three years and started working towards his new career. Together, the three of them had so much fun in Kansas. Lots of hiking, fishing, and exploring the state. They had a beautiful little life that was so full of love.

In the spring of 2022, they finally moved back to Minnesota, the state that is home to them. Currently, Spencer is working full time, going to school to become an engineer, and on some weekends at the Reserves. Mandy is following her dream of working with children as a lead infant teacher at a daycare. And Stewie is still getting spoiled. The love and friendship Mandy and Spencer have is so beautiful. They love going to sporting events, sharing their love for Disney (even though Spencer may not like to admit it), exploring the outdoors, camping, spending time with friends/family, and just being with each other.

On October 21st, 2023 Spencer popped the big question! They went to Waldoch's Farm for the pumpkin patch. In the middle of the corn maze, Spencer proposed to Mandy. Of course, she said yes! Their love story has been one like no other, but it is so strong and so worth the wild ride. They are so excited to finally tie the knot and share their big day with all of their loved ones.
