Mani began planning when & where he would be getting down on one knee months before the big moment. He wanted to show Sara how special she was to him by creating a proposal video for her and playing it on the big screen. With the help of friends, family and the staff at MJR Partridge Creek he was able to surprise Sara by renting out Theater 6. Sara was told they were going to get professional pictures taken in Detroit for their anniversary that afternoon, but then at the last second Mani told her that the photographer had canceled.

Confused, Sara asked: "Well, what should we do now?"

Mani: "Let's go watch a movie."

Sara: "No, I really don't want to."

*Mani convinces her to watch the movie even though she's slightly upset that he doesn't even ask her if she wants popcorn (they were running late for his big surprise).

They take their seats, the theater is completely silent, lights go out then the proposal video plays...and the rest is history
