It’s hard to say exactly where our story began, since we had met over the years, through family and friends, in many different occasions. The first official romantic move came in 2021, when we "accidentally" matched online (one of us doesn't know which way to swipe and matched without meaning to) and we started talking. Unfortunately, timing wasn't right, the pandemic was at its peak and we weren't able to get our story off the ground!

Flash forward to the end of 2022, when we reconnected at a Michigan tailgate party. We ended up talking and discovered an instant connection! After some awkward goodbyes, a date was planned in front of the romantic porte-potties! We continued talking and texting for months after that and finally went on our first official date in January 2023. It was the most fun, comfortable and romantic first date either of us had ever had and made it easy to plan the second! We bonded over food, friends and family, and making fun of all the Fast and Furious movies together, making it easy to want to spend as much time together as possible!

It didn’t take long before we realized that we were meant for each other! He started planning and ring shopping and officially popped the question in November 2023! The proposal involved Christmas decorations and Harry Potter, so it was clearly designed with someone in mind. We started planning the wedding right away and can’t wait to celebrate with everyone!
