We recommend arriving at 3:30pm, which is 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony (4pm). This extra time allows everyone to comfortably navigate their way to the venue, find parking, and settle into their seats.
Are children welcome?
Although we adore the kids in our lives, we have made the decision to host an adults-only wedding and reception. We appreciate your understanding to accommodate this request and please let us know if you need any help coordinating childcare for the evening!
Can I bring a Plus-One?
Due to limited space and seating, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on the wedding invitation.
Is there a dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is cocktail/formal attire. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit. This is not a black tie event, but please opt for something more formal. (No jeans/tennis shoes.)
The temperature in February is cooler at night, so a jacket may be needed.
Will there be parking at the venue?
Yes, there is free parking at the venue. We recommend Ubering if you plan on drinking. Please drink responsibly!
What hotel should I stay at?
We recommend our guests to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn East Tampa/Brandon. Room block instructions can be found under the “Travel” tab.
When are RSVPs due?
Please respond by January 8th if you will be attending or declining the invitation. Thank you!
Will there be an open bar?
We will have our signature drinks available as well as beer + wine during the cocktail hour. After cocktail hour, the full bar will be open the entirety of the night.
