We both grew up in the same small town, crossed paths plenty of times, and somehow never said a single word to each other. Then one day, a random conversation about what kind of gun we liked turned into more conversations… which turned into late-night talks… which turned into countless basketball games.

Before we knew it, something ordinary had turned into something pretty extraordinary. We didn’t really know what we were getting into—but one conversation changed everything.

Nick proposed during my birthday trip, surrounded by family and friends. It was emotional, beautiful, and perfectly “us.”
