When should I RSVP?
Kindly RSVP by May 1st so that we can send our final headcount to our vendors. You can RSVP on the RSVP tab, type in your name, and select the name(s) attending the event or you could contact us directly. If we haven't received your RSVP by May 1st, we will assume you can't make it and you will be marked down as 'not attending' although your presence will be missed.
Can I bring a plus one?
We have chosen to keep our wedding intimate with close family and friends and unfortunately due to the limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on the RSVP.
Where will the ceremony and reception be held?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue with the ceremony outdoors and the reception indoors. If bad weather occurs then the ceremony will be moved inside.
What if I am late for the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin punctually at 4 o'clock, in the evening. We recommend guests to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to allow time to park, mingle, and find your seat. If you happen to be late, please do NOT walk down the aisle and find a seat. If you stay at the ceremony entrance, you will still have a perfect view without any distraction to the photographers.
How does the seating work?
The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please! However, we are requesting you avoid the first 2 rows on each side as they are reserved for our parents and the bridal party.
For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those who they know.
How should I dress?
We kindly ask that you dress formal. Although it is not required, you are welcome to match our color pallet by wearing any shade of green. Please avoid wearing light grey or white/cream colors as the bride and groom will appreciate it very much.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is complimentary guest parking at the entrance. A parking attendant will guide you to a shuttle that will bring guests to the castle and back to their car at the end of the night.
Will there be adult beverages and what should I do about driving?
Yes, we will be providing alcoholic beverages. However, we DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. The venue agrees and allows guests to leave their vehicles overnight if need be. They MUST be picked up the next morning by 9:30-10:00 am. If you plan on drinking, please know who your designated driver is ahead of time. Otherwise we recommend using rideshare apps (Lyft, Uber) for transportation. Children are welcome at our wedding so please keep in mind of their safety as well.
Can I bring my own adult beverages?
Due to the venue's policy and regulations, you are NOT allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.
Can I take pictues?
We are having an "unplugged ceremony". This means we are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. The greatest gift we can ask for is for you to be fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony exit, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free meal options?
Please reach out to us directly so we can accommodate for any dietary needs.
Cards and Gifts
Your presence is more than enough! However, if you wish to gift us something we would appreciate any help towards our first home.
