Yes We have blocked rooms at the Hampton Inn on Bryne Drive in Barrie $149night there are also several other hotels available in the area as well as a few Airbnbs that can be found on the Airbnb website

We will have a shuttle service from the Hampton Inn to Tangle Creek prior to the ceremony as well as a couple of shuttles through the evening back to the hotel. This shuttle will also make a stop on Columbia road to accomodate our neighbours. Please feel free to take a ride.

Our venue has asked that everyone who attends must be vaccinated against COVID 19. This is non negotiable Hopefully Ontario COVID 19 regulations will allow us to not require masks however we are dependant on the current government guidelines in May

We will have an open bar as well as wine at dinner. The bar will be closed during the dinner service but will open back up for the dance. The bar will open up once the service is over. Because we are getting married by our minister she has asked that we do not serve alcohol until after the service. There will also be many non-alcoholic refreshments

We will be serving a sit down plated dinner with 2 protein options as well as a vegetarian option. If you have other dietary restrictions or allergies please note it in your RSVP.

Unfortunately we will limit guests to those who we have noted on our invitation. Please refrain from bringing a guest if you have not received a plus one.

Although we love kids and really would like to have them there. We have decided that the only children who can attend will be our grandchildren. Please enjoy this adult celebration

We ask that you refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony as we will have a photographer and videographer documenting the event. However please feel free to take pictures anytime before or after and post to social media using our hashtag #robitailletheknot

We have all had favours from weddings that we forget to bring home with us. So instead of a favour we will have a photographer set up to take family pictures of you and your friends and family. We will print these pictures and send them out to you after the wedding as a token of appreciation for your attendance
