Haylee and Pearl have been best friends since high school — a bond that has only grown stronger with time. Through every season of life, Haylee has been Pearl’s constant: her safe place, her biggest cheerleader, and the best friend a girl could ever ask for.

Entering each other's lives at two years old, Kyle and Marcus have been best friends for more than two decades. Whether it was antics at school, rallying the crew, or just hanging out, the two never successfully had a boring day. More like brothers than friends, endless camping trips and cherished memories forever await the two.

Meeting as councilors at YRYLA, Shay and Marcus went to CU together where they deepened their bond each year. Shay started Marcus' D&D addiction, Marcus coerced Shay to join the fraternity, and together they ski, play games, cook, hike, and make merry whenever and wherever!

Pearl’s cousin Tomie has been more like a sister from the very start — or at least since the moment she pulled Pearl’s hair when Pearl was three years old. That moment marked the beginning of a lifelong friendship filled with laughter and unconditional love. Tomie is hands down the funniest person Pearl knows and one of the biggest blessings in her life — a cousin, a sister, and a best friend all rolled into one.

One of the most intelligent people Marcus knows, Liam also never fails to liven up any scene he's in. Meeting through the fraternity, they served as leadership and lived together, resulting in countless shenanigans at all hours of the day (many to Marcus' dismay). Liam also introduced Marcus and Pearl to the band Lord Huron, which has resulted in one of their most cherished traditions.

Zoe is one of Pearl’s cherished best friends — someone who brings so much light and joy into her life. Her deep love for Jesus and contagious joy for life continually inspire Pearl to live with more purpose, faith, and laughter.

The second of the three brothers, Mason could tell you about his little brother constantly trying to join his games, or commandeer the TV when that wasn't an option. Today, many of Marcus' hobbies or interests have roots from watching Mason pursue the same first, then deciding to give it a try.

Pearl’s cousin Alex has been her little dress-up doll since day one — always patient (or at least tolerant) while Pearl begged to do her hair, dress her up, and try out every makeup idea she could dream up. No matter how grown-up she is now, Alex will always be Pearl’s ‘little kid.’

The first of the three brothers, Max is an adrenaline junky who refuses to live life sitting down. He's jumped out of many helicopters for many reasons, visited dozens of countries, raced rallycross, and so much more. Max has always blazed a bright trail for his younger brothers to follow.

Cohabiting the basement of a fraternity house and sharing a multitude of interests, Marcus and Joe formed an instant bond. From blaring EDM down the mean streets of Boulder, to rolling the dice at any chance, or just sitting back and talking, the two have done it all.
