Ritz Carlton, Bachelor Gulch

The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch is our host hotel and the heart of our wedding celebration. This luxurious mountain retreat offers a stunning pool and a world-class spa. Located in the exclusive Bachelor Gulch area of Beaver Creek, the resort offers easy access to the main Beaver Creek village via complimentary shuttles, where you can explore additional shopping, dining, and activities throughout the weekend.

The hotel is holding a limited number of rooms for our group. They are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. Please take advantage of these amazing rates! We anticipate this weekend to be sold out in 2025 so BOOK EARLY, we recommend by March 1 if you know you are coming, whether here or at any property for the wedding.

- They cannot guarantee a King or two Queens in Run of House Rooms, but please leave your preference in notes.

WE RECOMMEND BOOKING AS SOON AS YOU KNOW YOU ARE COMING. The hotel will likely sell out this weekend and once the room block is full the rate will be the standard online rate.

Beaver Creek Lodge

The Beaver Creek Lodge is in the heart of Beaver Creek Village, about a 7-10 minute free shuttle ride away from the Ritz Carlton. To move between the two properties, you can download the Village Connect App and call the shuttle but please call for it 20 minutes before you need it.

This is a traditional hotel with standard rooms, a pool, and in walking distance to multiple shops and restaurants.

The Osprey, Beaver Creek

The Osprey is a condominium style property with multiple unit sizes, and across the street from the Beaver Creek Lodge, in Main Beaver Creek Village. This also needs a 7-10 minute shuttle right to the Ritz Carlton.

It has all room types from Standard rooms to multi-bedroom condos.

AirBnB or VRBO

If you are exploring AirBnB’s as an option, we suggest ensuring they are in either Bachelor Gulch or Beaver Creek Village.

Avon and Vail will not be serviced by the free Village Connect shuttles that take you to the Ritz Carlton
