Little did Cliff know that he would meet his wife at a small bar that he and Glen often visited.  Cliff noticed a beautiful new bartender named Margaret and decided to go with this pick up line “would you like to come back to my house and see my monkey“ How could Margaret resist that line or Bubby’s charm? For those of you who don’t know who Bubby is, He was Cliff’s monkey, the best wingman anyone could ask for. He passed away in 2011 and was very dear to their hearts.

They have basically been inseparable since that night. Fast forward through many years of life experiences and adventures to Aruba in 2022, where Cliff proposed. After a couple of ideas that didn’t pan out – like putting the ring on the bottom of the ocean only for Margaret to swim in the opposite direction – he decided to go old-school. During the sunset on February 12, 2022 Cliff got down on one knee and asked Margaret to be his wife. After a tearful yes they got some beautiful pictures that you can see on this site. Together, they look forward to making many more memories and even more beautiful pictures as they say “I do“. They are excited to celebrate their life and love together with you. If only Cliff’s wingman, Bubby, could be here to see how important he was to the love story of Margaret and Cliff.
