The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors with a reception to follow indoors.
What is the dress code?
We would appreciate if all guests dressed in cocktail attire! This includes dresses (knee-length, tea-length, midi, maxi) and suits, sports coats, khakis and dress pants. Ladies, please save the color blue for the bridal party. Thank you!
Am I allowed to take photos at your ceremony?
This will be an unplugged ceremony. We ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have hired an awesome photographer who will be documenting the entire day. We will be sure to share the photos with all of our guests!
What time should I get there?
The doors will open at 5pm for seating! We ask that you arrive no later than 5:25 to allow for parking and seating as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30. If you are late you may be asked to wait to be seated until the entire wedding party has processed.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, we have limited space, so we simply can’t afford for all of our guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!
Can I bring my children to the wedding?
Our wedding will be primarily adults only. With that being said children are only invited if named on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and making of arrangements for childcare.
Is there parking at the venue?
There is plenty of parking at the Highgrove! We also recommend carpooling or using a rideshare app such as Uber or Lyft if you plan on partaking in the open bar.
Will there be food?
Yes, we will have hors d'oeuvres circulating during cocktail hour as well as a seated dinner.
