Getting To The Hotel

If you are flying in:
 
Newark International or LaGuardia Airport are the two closest airports. These are both about an hour from the hotel and venue.
 
If you live in New York City, and don't have a car:

Crowne Plaza Hotel 

Hi all! Crowne Plaza Suffern is currently full on Saturday 9/12/25 and 9/13/25. We do not have a block here at Hampton Inn; however, this hotel is 8 minutes away from Crowne Plaza so it's easily accessible for the Welcome Party. If you would like to stay closer to the venue, Sleep Inn is also a good option!
