Oscar and Mari first met on Hinge. After matching, they quickly went on their first date at O’Shaughnessy Distilling Co. Oscar showed off his drone piloting license and before they knew it were spending every day together.

Things really took off once Mari’s cat, Bonnie, came to accept Oscar into her life.

From then on it was Oscar, Mari, and Bonnie. Outside of work, the three of them began to enjoy weekend naps, adventures, movies, video games, new restaurants, and endless laughter.

As their relationship began to strengthen and Mari’s impatience grew, Oscar popped the question on July 4th, 2025. Leading them to the next chapter in their relationship.
