Maria and Mitch had mutual friends throughout high school and started “talking” in the winter of 2014 following a few successful schemes that Mitch may, or may not, have known about. After many late-night soccer games at Vetta, two proms, the graduation party circuit, and countless trips to get frozen custard, Mitch and Maria officially started dating. It was a fun 7 years of visits for formals, tailgates, and birthdays, along with frequent trips back to St. Louis to see each other (and Macklind!). In Spring of 2021, Maria finally graduated, and Mitch didn’t waste any time before he asked her to marry him! They can’t wait to make it official official in May of 2022 and spend the rest of their lives making memories together!
