Midsummer 2017, Matteo and I met through some great mutual friends at a local beer festival. We hit it off after copious amounts of dancing and weissbier and a couple of days later he invited me for the first of many dinners at his family home. I was swept away with cappelletti, affetati and a walk through the vineyard behind his home. After dinner we took a drive to the nearby Brisighella, which has since become a special place for us. This first date was on July 27th 2017, and we are so excited to celebrate with you all 7 years later.
