The dress code for our wedding is black tie/formal. Think long formal dresses and tuxedos/full suits. Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors, but the weather outside may be cold at this time of year. Please remember to check the weather forecasts closer to the day of the event when choosing your outerwear.

No! The ceremony will be unplugged. Please take the time to be in the moment with us during the ceremony. We have paid for photographers and videographers to capture all of the special moments that we will be sharing with everyone once they are available. That being said, we do invite you to take lots of photographs and videos at the reception after the church ceremony!

Yes, you are invited to stay at the Camelback Resort and Lodge where the reception is held. There will be rooms available to reserve at a discounted rate. Please refer to the travel section of the website for further information, including the code for the room block discount. If you call to reserve your room you can use the code (13995) and tell them our names and that you would like to be in the reserved room block. There are also other hotels in the area if you choose to stay off property. Yes! When you stay at Camelback Resort, the indoor waterpark is included with the hotel stay starting at 11:00am the day of check in and for the full day of check out. There are showers and lockers available in the indoor waterpark as well.

Yes, there is free parking included with your stay at Camelback Resort. If you choose to stay at another location there is still free self parking for the reception.

No, unfortunately we are unable to provide group transportation between locations. There are options for car rentals depending on your route of travel (please see travel section for more details). If you are willing to carpool with other wedding guest please contact us.

Please RSVPs by the date indicated on the invitation. If there are any issues please reach out to us personally!

The reception will be a sit down served dinner. On the RSVP there will be a section for you to select what main course you would like for each invited guest. Please indicate if there are any dietary restrictions or allergies in that portion of the RSVP, the venue can accommodate accordingly.

Yes, both the church and the reception venue are handicap accessible. There are handicap accessible rooms available through the discounted rate as well.
