Guests may drive directly to the reception following the ceremony via personal vehicles or drive back to the Hyatt Place and Staybridge hotels for the shuttle service.

Reception is in an outdoor, open air pavilion that is covered. There will be paved walkways. It is located next to a lake and vineyard. Shuttles will be provided for transportation to the reception from the Hyatt Place hotel and Staybridge Hotel. Shuttles return to the Hyatt Place Hotel and Staybridge Hotel at 10:30 and 11:00 PM
