History of Gervasi Vineyard
2009:
Ted Swaldo started to transform this 55 acre farm to a premier winery.
2010
Gervasi Vineyard opens a small winery on the lower level of the historic barn and an upscale Italian bistro.
Opened the Pavilion
The Piazza outdoor dining patio and The Bistro were added for dining
2011
Six Villas for a total of 24 luxury suites were added to the property. The original Farmhouse also became available for overnight stays.
2013
The Crush house was added for lunch and dinner and offered a wine bar for tastings.
2018
The distillery was added for the growing craft cocktail movement. The Still House is a coffeehouse, cocktail lounge and outdoor cigar lounge.
2019
The Casa Hotel opened

Gervasi opened their Spa and Wine Cave!
The Cave is a wonderful wine tasting room at Gervasi that offers public and private tastings as well as tours.

The Distillery at Gervasi
This venue is known for its delicious coffees and cocktails as well as dessert menu.
The Sin room is an outdoor heated lounge located within the Distillery that has an extensive cigar selection as well as bourbon list.
This venue frequently has live music.
The Crush House
This venue at Gervasi is an indoor/outdoor contemporary winery, wine bar and eatery. Walk in only.
The Piazza
Pizzeria that has outdoor seating with the best view of the lake. They do not accept reservations and often have live music.
