Yes, there is a large parking lot with free parking for those who would like to drive to the venue.
Will there be a shuttle?
Yes, we are coordinating a shuttle from each hotel for those who would like transportation. Due to suspected traffic, shuttles will be accounting for plenty of time to get to the venue. They will adjust later if not as much traffic, but plan on times below.
Mini Coach (25 passengers)- 4:15 staging at Graduate Annapolis with 4:30 pm departure time.
Motor Coach (55 passengers)- 4:15 staging at Hilton Garden Inn (Harry S Truman) with 4:30 departure to Graduate Annapolis. 4:50 pm departure from Graduate Annapolis to Venue.
10:30 pm- Shuttles will bring guests back to their hotels following the reception.
Can I bring a date?
Please bring only those directly invited via your invitation.
What time should guests arrive?
Please arrive by 5:45 pm as the ceremony will start promptly at 6 pm.
What is the dress code?
Formal to black tie optional. Nice cocktail or floor-length dresses for ladies and suits or a tuxedo for men.
Are kids welcome?
Although we wish we could accommodate our favorite little ones, in consideration of limited venue space, we have opted for an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll join us in celebrating this very special day.
