Yes, we are coordinating a shuttle from each hotel for those who would like transportation. Due to suspected traffic, shuttles will be accounting for plenty of time to get to the venue. They will adjust later if not as much traffic, but plan on times below. Mini Coach (25 passengers)- 4:15 staging at Graduate Annapolis with 4:30 pm departure time. Motor Coach (55 passengers)- 4:15 staging at Hilton Garden Inn (Harry S Truman) with 4:30 departure to Graduate Annapolis. 4:50 pm departure from Graduate Annapolis to Venue. 10:30 pm- Shuttles will bring guests back to their hotels following the reception.
