Yes! Please join us on Friday, November 1st for light hors d'oeuvres and cocktails at The Hilton Garden Inn Bel Air from 8pm to 10:30pm.
Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?
If weather permits, the ceremony will be taking place outdoors followed by an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour. There is an indoor option for the ceremony if required. The reception will be indoors.
Is there a dress code?
Yes, the dress code is cocktail attire.
Will there be transportation to and from the venue?
Yes! Shuttles will be provided to and from the two hotels listed in the website.
Shuttle Times from the hotels to the venue will be: 3:15pm, 3:30pm, and 3:45pm.
Shuttle Times from the venue back to the hotels will be: 9:30pm, 10:00pm, and 10:30pm.
What time should I arrive?
Guests should arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the beginning of the ceremony. There will be a shuttle service available from the hotels to the venue as well. Exact pick-up and drop-off times will be updated closer to the wedding day.
Are children invited?
As much as we love to see all of your little ones, we kindly request that this be an adult-only occasion.
