Welcome Party

Friday, September 5, 2025

6:00 PM–9:00 PM

Attire: No Dress Code

We will be hosting a welcome party for all wedding guests outside in our housing block area at Sun Outdoors Rocky Mountains. We will have food and an assortment of Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic beverages.

Wedding Day

September 6, 2025

5:00 PM–11:00 PM

Attire: Semi-Formal

Due to space constraints, we are only able to invite the children of immediate family to our wedding. However, you are welcome to bring babies.

5:00 PM–5:45 PM

Ceremony

The ceremony will be held on the Events Lawn at Sun Outdoors Rocky Mountains, weather permitting. In the case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held in the Event Center Ballroom at Sun Outdoors. Please arrive by 5:00 PM for a 5:15 PM Ceremony start.

5:45 PM–6:45 PM

Cocktail Hour

The Cocktail Hour will be at the Headwater Tavern located in the Event Center at Sun Outdoors

6:45 PM–11:00 PM

Reception - Dinner & Dance Party

The reception will be held in the Event Center Ballroom at Sun Outdoors
