We have a special event rate at this hotel which is valid until March 4th! This will allow you to get the room discounted to $189 per night and this price includes breakfast. The code is G-DUWD (Put the code in the Corporate/Group Code spot for it to work). We are doing this in blocks of 10 (5 double queen, 5 king rooms), so if you attempt to do this and its not working, let us know because we need to add more rooms.

We will have a 43 person bus that will make 2 trips to and from the venue at designated times. It will depart and arrive at the Hyatt hotel listed. If you do not stay at the Hyatt, you can still use it, you will need to get there by the times listed.

The 2 times prior to the ceremony
1.Arriving to Hyatt at 3:35pm, Depart at 3:45pm. James Morgan by 4:00pm
2. Arriving at Hyatt at 4:20pm, Depart at 4:30 pm. James Morgan by 4:45 pm
The 2 times leaving the reception back to the hotel
1. Early Bird Departing: Begins at 9:50 and leaves for Hyatt at 10:05
2. Final Departure will leave around 11:05
If you prefer to drive, it is only 10-15 minutes away from these hotels. DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE! If you miss the bus, we will have other ways to get you back to your hotel.
There are plenty of other hotels in the area if needed or preferred!
