When should I RSVP by?

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is March 15, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will have to mark you as 'no' as we cannot make any exceptions. The venue has asked us to provide the final guest count in a timely manner. We hope you can understand!

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, they will be specifically addressed within subject line of the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance and no substitutions are allowed. Thank you for understanding!

Where can I give to your registry?

We are registered with HoneyFund: https://www.honeyfund.com/site/espinoza-cole-08-22-2025 as these cash funds will contribute towards our honeymoon! Please see the donation link under Registry. However, if you prefer a physical gift we have linked our registry websites as well. Thank you in advance for your generosity and supporting our new life together!

Are children welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, kids, and teens. Please refer to the 'RSVP' tab to see those specifically invited in your household. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and hope that you will see this as an opportunity to enjoy the night and party with us!

Is there a dress code?

Yes! The dress code is formal. We encourage guests to wear their most elegant summer attire. Please keep in mind the warm weather as the ceremony is outdoors. Kindly refrain from wearing jeans or more casual wear. We also kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and cream colors. Along with this, shades of green such as sage, olive, and emerald - as this is reserved for the bridal party.

I'm coming from out of town, is there a preferred hotel?

Yes! Please refer to the Travel tab to view our recommended hotel and give them the name of our wedding while booking.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony, as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like and share with us!

What do I do if I am late for the ceremony?

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend guests arrive by 3:30 PM so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, a staff member will be there to let you know if guests are still able to enter, or if you must wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception, so hang tight and we will see you afterwards!

Will there be an open bar?

We're excited to host a limited open bar for beer and wine only. You may purchase cocktails at your own discretion, however, we strongly advice for driving arrangements (Lyft, Uber, carpool) if you plan on drinking!

Where do I park at the venue?

There will be complimentary parking available at the venue with attendees ready to guide you where to park as you arrive. The parking area will be on the left of the mansion.
