Individual reservations of the group members through our webpage:

• The group code gives the group members access to the preferential rates and special group conditions. The availability is taken from the main hotel system therefore we always recommend to book the rooms early; that is another reason why the deadline to book with the code is set for two months or more prior to group arrival, besides the fact that the rates are representatives of early booking bonus or promotions. One night of deposit is required to confirm the reservation at the website.

• Reservations can be processed individually by the group members and paid prior to arrival to the hotel using a credit card charge. The client will receive written information about the payment procedure and cancellation policy at the moment of booking the room; the process includes a first charge of 01 night to guarantee the reservation and a final payment from 30 to 14 days prior to arrival. First and final payments are both charged to the same credit card provided to guarantee the room.

Cancellations will be subject to penalty according to the policies shown on the web page. And under the responsibility of each guest and collect by the hotel.

Rules are as follow:

✓ A payment of 01 night will be required in order to confirm the booking. 14 days prior to arrival the guests need to pay the remaining balance (an automatic charge will be made to the provided credit card).

✓ Cancellation / No Show: 01 night of penalty will be charged to any reservation cancelled 03 days prior arrival; that also applies for the no show.

✓ Modifications: A fee of $50 USD will be charged for any modifications made between 14 days prior arrival with the exception of any reservations that extend their stay. For modifications, Cancellations guest must contact the Call Center : 1-866 -237-3267

✓ The special rates with the group code will be available until ***March 1, 2023***. The additional reservations processed after this date will be booked at the regular rates shown on the web page at the time of the booking.
