We recommend booking your stay at one of the hotels listed below. There’s a soccer tournament in town that same weekend, so rooms may go quickly — we suggest securing your room as soon as you can!

We have a limited hotel block for 25 rooms on Friday, 10/09, at the Hampton Inn & Suites. If you will be joining us Thursday and Friday nights, please text Mariah at 267-774-6639 for your special code.  Please note all rooms need to be booked by 09/24/2026.

Both hotels are conveniently located in the same parking lot, and if you’re booked at either one, a shuttle will be available for your convenience to and from the wedding.

FORMAL DRESS CODE

The wedding is formal, so elegant attire is encouraged. Women can opt for a floor-length gown, a stylish cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit. Men should consider wearing a dark suit and tie or a tuxedo. Feel free to express your personal style while keeping things polished—we’re excited to celebrate with everyone dressed to impress!

Can I bring a plus one?

Your invitation will specify if a plus one is included. We’d love to host everyone, but due to space and planning considerations, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. If you’re not sure, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to clarify!

Is there a gift registry?

Yes, our registry can be found on this page.

What about parking and transportation?

Parking is available at both the venue and hotel. A shuttle will also be available on the wedding day for your convenience.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony—we’re having an unplugged ceremony so everyone can be fully present in the moment. But once the reception begins, snap away! You’ll find a QR code at each table where you can upload and view photos—we’d love for you to share your favorite moments with us!

Can I bring my children?

We truly love and cherish your little ones. However, we have chosen to celebrate both our ceremony and reception as adults-only, with the exception of children in our immediate family. We hope this allows all of our guests to relax and enjoy a beautiful evening together as we celebrate our marriage.
