Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside, around the west side of the main event center.

The reception will be inside the event center at Ellis Ranch

Time of arrival is between 3:30pm and 3:55pm. The ceremony will begin at 4pm.

Dress code is Cocktail attire to semi-formal! Cocktail attire: A party-ready look that's classy, often with a knee-length or above-the-ankle hemline Semi-formal: A polished look that can include a flowy dress, smart separates, or a wrap dress

We have a block of rooms at the La Quinta, 3 miles from the venue. Look under the travel tab for the link and information to book. These must be booked by 8/28/25

No but your cars can be left at the venue over night if you need to take an Uber or a Lyft. The vehicles must be picked up the next morning.

Yes, as long as you are not in the aisle or blocking the photographer. However, we would prefer you be present with us in the moment.

There will be a combination of hosted/cash bar. We will host up to a certain amount, everything past that amount will be at the cost of the guest.
