Is there a dress code for the wedding?
Please dress elegantly for an outdoor celebration, blending formal wear with practicality for the setting. Dress to Impress, formal, semi-formal or Cocktail Attire are welcome. Heel covers provided for comfort.
What time should guests arrive?
If you arrive at 1pm you will be able to see Jeff and Mariam in the Traditional Libyan clothing and join them for Libyan dancing and music.
At 4 PM Mariam will be making a grand entrance in her amazing Wedding Gown. You don't want to miss this.
What can guests expect at the reception?
The reception will feature a sit-down dinner followed by speeches from our loved ones. Afterwards, we invite everyone to join us on the dance floor with music provided by our DJ. Weather permitting, we’ll also gather around a fire for a cozy end to the evening.
Can I bring a plus-one?
We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests outside of who we have addressed the invitations to. Each formal invitation will note the number of seats included within the invite. We look forward to celebrating with you!
Are children welcome at the wedding?
Your invitation will specify if children are invited, as we have planned our guest list carefully due to venue capacity. To assist with our planning, please ensure to respond to the invitation regarding the attendance of children. Additionally, we'll have some activities to keep our younger guests entertained throughout the event.
Will there be alcohol at the wedding?
No, our wedding will be a “halal” dry event. We will offer a variety of non-alcoholic beverages throughout the evening.
Can I switch guests?
As we have carefully planned our wedding to be an intimate gathering with only the people we have invited, we want to kindly inform you that switching guests is not allowed. We ask that any changes to your guest list be communicated to us as soon as possible. This will help us ensure that all arrangements are in place for a smooth and enjoyable celebration for everyone.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is ample parking available at the venue, with space for up to 50 cars. We encourage guests to consider carpooling to make the most of the available space. Signs and attendants will guide you upon arrival
Can you recommend accommodations for guests traveling from out-of-province or abroad?
Certainly! We have made a list of recommended accommodations for your convenience. Kindly visit the (Travel) section and please note the distance from our venue to plan your stay
Are pets allowed at the wedding venue?
We kindly ask that you do not bring pets to the wedding venue. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests.
What is the RSVP deadline?
The RSVP deadline is July 15th. Please ensure to respond by this date to secure your spot at our celebration.
What happens if I don’t RSVP?
If we do not get an RSVP back by July 15, 2024, it will be marked as "No." Since we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in a timely manner, we cannot accept RSVP's past our deadline. We hope that you understand!
Who do I contact if I have dietary restrictions?
Please let us know of any dietary restrictions as soon as possible. You can contact us directly or mention it in your RSVP.
