An 850-year-old mountaintop fortress built by Sultan Salah El-Din. This was once the center of power for all of Egypt, a place where sultans ruled, armies marched, and events that shaped centuries unfolded. From this hilltop, sultans, kings, and even modern leaders once governed the country. A place that has witnessed epic battles, royal ceremonies, dramatic palace intrigue, and the rise and fall of empires.

It’s the perfect setting to take in one of the world’s most iconic wonders while celebrating with us.

Largest museum in the world dedicated to a single civilization. Opened in November 2025 just a couple kilometers from the Pyramids. The museum houses over 100,000 artefacts including King Tutankhamun’s full treasure chamber and the gigantic statue of Ramesses II. For history lovers and anyone who loves a good museum.

Guests can explore some of the oldest and most beautiful religious and historic sites in Egypt including the Hanging Church, the Ben Ezra Synagogue, the Church of St. Sergius & Bacchus (Abu Serga), Al-Rifa’i Mosque, the Mosque and Madrasa of Sultan Hassan, the Mosque of Muhammad Ali (Alabaster Mosque), and the Mosque of Amr Ibn Al-As. This area is rich with Christian, Jewish, and Islamic heritage and is a great half-day or full-day cultural tour.

At night, Khan El Khalili offers open shops selling jewelry, spices, lanterns, perfumes, scarves, brassware, handmade crafts, traditional clothing, souvenirs, and antiques. Guests will also find cafés for tea and coffee, local dessert stands, small restaurants, and areas with musicians or street performers. The market is busy but walkable, with well-lit alleys and plenty of spots to browse, shop, or sit and enjoy the atmosphere.

See the world’s oldest pyramid (The Step Pyramid of Djoser) and visit Memphis the ancient capital of Egypt.

For guests looking to extend their trip beyond Cairo, the Red Sea coast offers a relaxing beach escape with warm beautiful water, coral reefs, and resorts. Traveling from Cairo can be done by a short domestic flight or by car (the drive to Hurghada/Gouna typically takes about 4–5 hours).

For guests who want to experience some of Egypt’s most famous ancient sites, a day trip to Luxor is an option. Traveling from Cairo is easiest by flight, which takes about 1 hour each way. Guests can explore landmarks such as the Valley of the Kings, Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple, and the Temple of Hatshepsut, all set along the Nile. In May, the weather is hot and dry, often ranging from the mid-90s to over 100°F (35–40°C), so early morning tours and plenty of water are recommended. Luxor offers a rich look into ancient Egypt for those willing to make the journey.
