We have reserved a block of rooms at special group rates. In order to be considered part of our wedding group, we kindly ask our guests to reach out to our travel planner to make your reservation:

request a quote - fill out the destination wedding rates form. VIP will then send an email explaining the booking process and a PDF with the different room options and their respective room quote/pricing based on your travel needs.

IMPORTANT DATES:
1st Payment - In order to secure your room in our block, you will need to make a small deposit of $200 on or before February 5, 2024. After this, our travel agent can set up a payment plan based on your needs


2nd payment - 50% of the total is due by March 1, 2024


3rd payment - final payment will be due on or before April 2, 2024
