Ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 pm. Please arrive between 3:00pm and 3:15pm.

Please wear cocktail attire. Please no jeans or t-shirts.

Although we love your little ones, this is an adults-only affair. Please enjoy a night out!

There is! We want everyone to safely enjoy themselves and will be providing bus shuttles before the ceremony, before the dinner, and after the reception. The pre-ceremony shuttle will be leaving the hotel at 3:00 p.m. If you will not be attending the ceremony but wish to utilize the shuttle, another shuttle will be leaving the hotel at 4:45 p.m. to arrive during cocktail hour. The evening shuttles will be returning to the hotel at 9:30 p.m. & 11:30 p.m. There is also parking available at Bubolz Nature Preserve for those who wish to drive themselves.

Yes, there are parking structures nearby. There is a 15 minute loading zone on North Superior Street. Behind the hotel is a city-owned, covered, self-parking structure. Rates for parking are $6.00 for overnight parking or $10.00 / day.
