You can either fly into Denver International Airport or Colorado Springs Airport. The Denver Airport is an hour and a half drive to Colorado Springs, so renting a car would be encouraged.

Given the large number of hotels near the venue, we won't be doing a formal hotel block. Some family and friends have opted for Airbnbs in the local area, which is another great option. We've listed a handful of options under the travel section, however, please let us know if you need more options.

We appreciate your understanding that our special day will be adults-only, with the exception of children in our immediate family.

Black tie. Please join us in formal evening attire—suits and tuxedos for the gentlemen, and floor length dresses or gowns for the ladies.

Kindly note that the names listed on the invitation are the only individuals invited to attend. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.

Given the ceremony starts at 5:00pm, please arrive no later than 4:30pm.

We recommend you making your own arrangements for travel to and from the venue, or using a ride-share app.

Please no pictures of the ceremony! But feel free to take as many pictures of the rest of the night and a QR code will be given out so you can share your photos!
