Schmeits Family

Sean grew up in Columbus, NE. Son of Jan Paul and Janie Schmeits, he is one of four children: Nicole Geiler, Chad Schmeits, and Evan Schmeits.The whole Schmeits gang still resides in Nebraska. Nicole lives in Omaha with her husband, Mike, and their two kids Wilson and Chester. Chad lives in Gretna with his wife, Kristin, and their two boys Easton and Ryker. Evan is also an Omahahonian. He lives with his girlfriend, Abbey.

Erhard Family

"Erhard" is the nickname for Mariel's family - the combination of her parents' last names: Erickson and Harding. Mariel's parents, Mary Harding and Richard Erickson are recent transplants to Plattsmouth, NE, but have been residents of Southeast Nebraska for many years. Mariel has three brothers: Fletcher Erickson, Adam Erickson, and Noah Walsh. Fletcher lives in Rhode Island; Adam in Lincoln with his wife, Laura, and their two daughters Ella and Lizzie; and, Noah lives in Berlin. Mariel's maternal grandmother, Maggie, also lives in Lincoln, having recently returned from the mountains of Colorado.
