How can we get in contact with you?
You can email marielleandnoahalbert@gmail.com
When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by July 1st 2024.
PA reception RSVPs must be completed by August 1st 2024.
What is the dress code?
Your attendance is the most important thing to us, but if you’re looking for guidelines, we are asking for semi-formal attire (especially for the ceremony). We would prefer longer dresses (below the knee) and button up shirts with nice pants. Tuxedos and suit jackets are not required. The theme is elegant and classy so use your best judgement but also know we expect to see some moves on the dance floor. There are bathrooms at the venue if you would prefer to change into something more movement ready in between the ceremony and reception. We would love the wedding party to stand out in their pink dresses and ties and of course don’t wear white!
How do I access my RSVP?
Go under the RSVP page and type in your first and last name as it appears on your invitation. You will then be asked to RSVP for yourself and your party. If your name is not showing up, try a possible nickname or try typing just your first or last name. If for some reason it says that you have already responded or that you do not have an invitation, please reach out to the Bride to correct the mistake!
Can I edit my RSVP?
Yes! If you go to the RSVP page you should have an option to edit your response.
Are kids allowed?
Yes, but use your best judgement! There will be a photographer and videographer capturing all the special moments with audio so do your best to be respectful of the ceremony.
Do you have a registry?
The most important thing to us is that you can attend our wedding but if you are wanting to give us a gift, (thank you!) you can find our registry and honeymoon fund under the “registry” page of our website.
Where I can ship a wedding gift to?
You can bring your gift to the reception or you can ship it to
2459 Pine Ave
Apt 5
Buena Vista, VA 24416
How can I send money digitally as a wedding gift?
You can either donate to our honeymoon fund which is under our registry or use Venmo (@marielle-albert) or CashApp ($mariellealbert).
Will there be dinner?
We recommend eating a light dinner before coming. There will be the biggest and most inclusive charcuterie board you’ve ever seen, cake, and a soda bar.
Will there be alcohol?
This is a dry wedding. For religious and personal reasons we ask that there be no alcohol or substances on the premises of the venue.
What airport should we fly into?
The Hattiesburg-Laurel Regional Airport (PIB) is only 30 minutes away from the venue but it is usually more expensive. Typically the more budget friendly option is to fly into the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) which is about 2 hours away from the venue. If travel is a concern please reach out to see if we can help at all!
What hotel should we stay in?
We recommend Magnolia Inn & Suites (30 minutes from the venue). There are also plenty of Airbnb’s that can hold upwards of 12 people. If an Airbnb might be your choice, reach out to us about possible discounts. If housing is a concern please reach out to see if we can help at all!
When should I arrive to Mississippi?
That is up to you! If you are not part of the wedding party, there is no reason to be there any earlier than the day of the event.
What can we do in Mississippi?
New Orleans, LA is only 2.5 hours away and there are several beaches near by. Close to the venue there is Red Bluff with beautiful scenery and a hike. Just wear clothes you don’t care about because it’s called RED Bluff for a reason!
Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?
Only the families of the bride and groom along with the wedding party are invited to the rehearsal dinner.
When should I arrive to the venue?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 pm local time, so we ask that everyone be in their seats by 5:55. Please take into account the time it may take to walk from your car and a possible missed turn so that the ceremony is not interrupted. Proceeding the ceremony, we will transition into the reception at the same venue so there is no reason to leave and come back.
Does it cost money to park?
No, there is free parking at the venue!
Will pictures of me be taken?
Most likely yes! Even if you’re not part of the wedding party, there will be a photographer and videographer present for the entire event!
What is the Pennsylvania reception?
The PA reception is meant for those on the east coast who cannot travel to Mississippi but still wish to celebrate with the couple. It will be a small reception at a church building a month after the ceremony. It is asked that if you can, try to attend the Mississippi reception because it will be the big event! Because of financial and logistical reasons, a photographer and much more will only be at the Mississippi reception. More details about this can be found under the “Pennsylvania Reception” page of our website.
