Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?
The ceremony will be outdoors at the Santa Barbara Courthouse Garden, however the reception will be indoors at Flor De Maiz.
If i'm coming from out of town, where should i stay?
Santa Barbara has an abundance of hotels & Airbnb to choose from! We recommend staying at Hotel Milo and using Uber or Lyft to go back and forth from your place to the ceremony and reception. See the "Travel" tab for the link to Hotel Milo.
How do i get to Santa Barbara from Los Angeles?
There are two wonderful ways to get to Santa Barbara! You can enjoy a scenic 2-hour drive, or if you prefer, hop on the Amtrak train at Los Angeles Union Station for a relaxing ride to Santa Barbara Station. Either way, you’ll be in for a pleasant journey!
What should i do during the intermission between ceremony and reception?
During our intermission, we invite you to explore the beautiful Santa Barbara. Under the 'Things to Do' tab, you’ll find some local activities to enjoy and make the most of your time here or if you’d prefer a quiet moment, you can always relax and unwind in your hotel room.
Can I bring a guest/date?
Due to limited capacity we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on your invitation. If you have questions please dont hesistate to ask!
How far is the station from Hotel Milo?
The station is a 6-minute scenic walk to Hotel Milo.
