Marin and Michael met at Steele Canyon High School in 2016 and began dating on October 4th, 2016.

Michael graduated from Steele Canyon and went to Arizona State University that fall.

Marin and Michael would visit each other frequently during school breaks and continued to do a year of long distance!

Marin graduated from Steele Canyon and went to Grand Canyon University in the fall.

When the school week was over, Marin and Michael visited each other every weekend often hanging out around ASU's campus.

In the summer of 2019, Michael stayed in Arizona to complete extra courses and Marin would drive from San Diego often that summer to visit him.

Marin and Michael found a shared love for going to Disneyland and would use Christmas money to go over Christmas breaks.

During COVID, Marin and Michael would try to see each other when it was possible and would often go to the beach, lake, or a quick family trip to Scottsdale!

When at home in San Diego, Marin and Michael spent precious time with family and friends!

Michael graduated from ASU in 2021 with his Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Engineering!

Marin and Michael went to Las Vegas in 2021 to celebrate Marin's 21st birthday with friends. This has turned into an annual vacation almost every summer!

Marin and Michael moved in together into their first apartment in Peoria, AZ before Marin began her student teaching.

Marin graduated from GCU in 2022 with her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education!

That summer, Marin and Michael went to Miami, FL with their friends on their annual friends trip!

Marin and Michael moved to the Chandler area to be closer to work and went to their first Diamondback game together, pretending to be fans. Go PADRES!

Marin and Michael got their first fur baby together in the spring of 2023. Bosa was named after Michael's deep love for the Chargers and Joey Bosa!

Their summer was busy between training Bosa and finally being able to go back to Disneyland!

Michael proposed to Marin at Windansea beach in La Jolla, CA, a beach they went to often as teenagers.
