12:30pm Guests are welcome to begin arriving at Pembroke Lodge. We ask that guests try their best to arrive at the venue around 12:45 to have time to settle in.

1:00pm Wedding Ceremony Begins (outdoors; weather permitting)

1:30pm Wedding Ceremony ends & Group Photo taken (with all guests)

1:40pm Cocktail Hour begins (outdoors; weather permitting)

2:45pm Cocktail Hour Ends

3:00pm Wedding Meal Begins

5:30pm Wedding Meal Ends

5:35pm Coffee and Tea Served (outdoors; weather permitting)

7:00pm Cake Cut

10:00pm Final Call/Last Dance

*There will be a shuttle going back and forth between the venue and the Petersham Hotel starting at 8pm. We know not all guests may be staying there, but it may be easier to order a taxi/uber or catch public transportation from there as it is outside the Royal Park.
