"You will undoubtedly want to kickstart your day with a cup of coffee from Cuvee Coffee, one of the most respected specialty roasters in America that is hidden behind a metal gate marked inconspicuously with a “C”. If you find it, then you can join them for a “cupping” and get a tour from the guys roasting the beans."

"For adventure junkies, the next stop should be Hidden Falls Adventure Park, a 2,700 acre outdoor playground with trails for jeeps, dirt bikes and ATVs. If you don’t have your own, don’t worry — they’ll rent you one and set you loose. It is AMAZING."

"If you’re looking for something really really CRAZY – contact the folks at Fly Texas who will take you HANG GLIDING above Lake LBJ. You’ll be comfortably pulled up to 2,000+ feet by a boat, and then cut loose so you can soar down for a landing on the water. It’s one of the most incredible things there is to do in the Lone Star State."
