The ceremony will begin punctually at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, please arrive no later than 2:45PM to allow yourself enough time to park and make your way to the ceremony site.

Yes, free parking is available at the venue. There is a large gravel parking lot at the front and cars may also park along the fence on the road. If needed, guests can leave their cars overnight. Should you need a taxi at the end of the night, please let the bar staff know what time you'd like to be picked up at and they can arrange one for you.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at Fraser River Lodge. The ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting). The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.

We kindly ask that you RSVP by the date provided on your formal invitation, April 13th. Unfortunately, if we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, we will have to mark you as "not attending". The reason for this being that we must provide accurate guest counts to all of our vendors within a timely manner. We thank you for your understanding.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation.

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! Although a gift is not necessary, if you do wish to gift us something we would greatly appreciate a contribution towards our dream honeymoon in Italy.

We would love for our guests to dress up with us but there is no specific dress code. It is advised that ladies do not wear stiletto heels as there are grassy areas at the venue. If you have any questions regarding the attire, feel free to reach out to the bride or groom.
