What is the final day to book hotel rooms until all rooms are lifted?
May 15, 2025. You can still book your stay after May 15, 2025 but please note Special Group Rates by the resort may not be guaranteed. In addition, availability of rooms will be determined by the resort.
Can I set up a payment plan for my hotel stay?
Yes! You can structure your payments in one of 3 ways after making a $100 deposit:
1. Let the balance charge automatically on the balance due date
2. Set up a monthly auto draft by emailing groups@barefootbridal.com
3. Make payments on your own schedule at any time with the "Make a Payment" button on the Barefoot Bridal website.
Will I need a passport?
Yes! A passport is needed to fly anywhere internationally - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date. Make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipate return date. Check this site for more passport information. https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/passports
WHAT DO I WEAR?
We're keeping things relaxed! Because it'll be warm and humid, we recommend light, breathable, and flowy outfits. Think summer dresses, cocktail dresses, short-sleeve button-ups, or dressy pants. For shoes, choose something comfortable for the beach--or feel free to kick them off and go barefoot! We'll have a dance floor right on the sand.
No specific color scheme--just please avoid white!
Suits aren't necessary (or recommended), and you may want to bring an extra outfit if you'd like a fresh change after some beachside celebrating.
What is the cancellation policy for your stay?
Any payments made towards bookings, except for travel insurance, are fully refundable if requested in writing to groups@barefootbridal.com by 5:00PM Eastern time May 14, 2025. If a cancellation request is not made in time, all money paid towards travel will be nonrefundable.
How do I receive transportation to and from the hotel?
Where you book your room: https://couples.barefootbridal.com/marisoltrey and after you have secured your flight, don't forget to click "Flight Itinerary" and enter the requested information so the transportation team can track the status of your flights for your arrival and departure.
