We kindly ask that you only bring the number of guests that are listed on your invitation. For our guests who are married, engaged, co parenting, etc there should be a plus one on your invite- if you believe there may be a mistake please let us know!

The dress code is “summer/garden cocktail” ie Semi-formal or comfortable-chic. Loose fabrics, vests, linen suits (ties not required), florals, midi and cocktail length dresses, tasteful sundresses, flowy jumpsuits, etc are all welcome. The venue is an open concept barn with semi-climate control. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside (on concrete- not grass) if the weather permits, so please dress accordingly 🙂 At this time of year in Virginia, expect warmer temperatures in the day (high 70s, low 80s) with semi-cool temperatures at night (low 70s).

We do not recommend heavy clothing since it will likely be warm. Additionally, please refrain from wearing the following colors, as they are reserved for the wedding party: White, Sage/Olive/Eucalyptus/Botanical Green, Soft Yellow / Gold, Beige / Crème

We may incorporate a few military traditions, but we are not having a “military” wedding. To our military friends and family- there is no need to wear dress uniform attire for the ceremony or reception.
