Are there any specific rules or etiquette I should be aware of?
Yes, please read through them to make sure we have a wonderful time and make great memories.
1) Punctionality- Arrive at the ceremony and reception on time--if late and the doors are closed don't come in and just wait for the ceremony to end
2) Appropriate Attire: Dress respectfully, avoid wearing black (reserved for the bride) unless suits and if there are questions you can contact bride and groom about it
3) Manners and Behavior: Be mindful of noise levels during the ceremony, be respectful and kind to other people around you and don't cause drama-- you will get kicked out immediately
Guests: The invitations will have the names or will say that you can invite someone.
Vendor Etiquette: Treat ALL vendors with respect and courtesy, they are here to help make this great, you will be kicked out if you're being ugly to them
When should we arrive?
We ask everyone to please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat.
Can I take phots and videos during ceremony?
We do kindly ask that phones are to be put away during the ceremony portion. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture the beautiful moments. Feel free to take as many photos/videos once the ceremony is finished!
Dress Code? (Type & Color)
Semi Formal- polished and elegant but not overly formal. For women, think cocktail midi dresses, skirt and blouse, and nice pantsuits or maxi dress and for men, suits or dress shirts and ties optional. Aim for a look that looks and feels comfortable to you!
* I ask you try not to wear black and emerald green, white is acceptable*
