All invites were addressed to couples as Mr. and Mrs. if married. If in a relationship they were addressed as Mr. and Ms.. If you have a invite addressed as Mr. and Guest or Ms. and Guest you may bring a date. If a guest is not listed on your invite you do not get to bring a guest. Thank you for understanding that we included all married couples as well as people who have had a significant other for a long period of time that we have met! We are trying to stay within a budget and quantity!

This is a strict over 21 years of age event. No kids or children under the age of 21 are permitted. We love your little ones but have decided our wedding will be adults only. Thank you for understanding and respecting our wishes!

Yes! Bear Creek has given us a limited number of rooms. We please ask that if you need a room you call as soon as you receive the invite as there are a limited number of rooms for our wedding. If all bear creek rooms are booked there are other close hotels in the area. This was very important to us in venue searching that we offered a place for our guests to stay.
