Anyways! December 2021. It all started on Hinge.

Hinge in December led to McFadden's in January for a friend's birthday party (thanks, Kas!). Billy began introducing Marissa as his girlfriend to his friends at the birthday party, and Marissa couldn't hide her surprise. He even sent a picture to his mom! *THE* picture can be seen above. She asked him, "So you're introducing me as your girlfriend?" His response, "Well, if that's what you want". And the rest was history.

Despite Marissa living in the North Hills and Billy living in the South Hills, they became inseparable. Crossing bridges, rivers, and going through tunnels was no problem.

December 2022, Marissa is making Christmas cookies in her favorite oversized Christmas sweatshirt and Billy tells her that she needs to sit down because they need to talk. Not typically what you want to hear right? And if you know Marissa, you know there was panic. Marissa sits down, and the leg starts to jitter, and Billy says "never mind". Of course, Marissa could let it go and kept pressing for the information. And that's when Billy proposed!
