Marissa & Gary

April 25, 2026

I am having trouble finding my name for the RSVP. Who should I contact?

If you have any trouble with the RSVP, please feel free to reach out to Marissa Lopez via call or text at (210) 845-4468 or Gary Davis at (210) 317-5210.

When is the deadline to RSVP?

Kindly respond by January 31st to allow the bride and groom adequate time to plan accordingly.

What happens after the ceremony?

Following the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking photos near the church and later at the venue. There will be a one-hour break between the ceremony and cocktail hour at the Stoney Creek Venue. We then invite you to join us in celebrating our marriage with a curated selection of wine, beer, signature cocktails, and light bites beginning at 4:00 PM. Guests can also enjoy outdoor activities at the reception venue, including putt-putt, cornhole, and washers.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Yes! Please refer to our “Travel” page for a variety of hotel accommodations. We recommend staying at the Hampton Inn listed there, where we have reserved a block of rooms for our guests. When booking, guests will need to call the hotel at 830-438- 5007 and provide them with the group code of 92-R and mention Marissa and Gary’s wedding. For any questions about the room block, please contact Marissa Lopez at (210) 845-4468 or Gary Davis at (210) 317-5210.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Yes! The ceremony will take place at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, which has two parking lot entrances—one on Autumn Knoll and one on Huebner Road. For wheelchair accessibility, we recommend entering from Huebner Road and parking in that lot, as it provides direct, step-free access to the church. The reception at Stoney Creek Venue will also be accessible, with staff members available outside to assist and guide guests to the accessible entrance as needed.

Are kids allowed?

While we adore your little ones, our wedding celebration will be adults-only, with children over the age of 10 welcome to attend. Due to the intimate size of our reception venue and to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the evening, we kindly ask that younger children remain at home. We truly appreciate you making arrangements in advance and can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Is it an open bar?

Yes! We’re excited to host an open bar for our wedding.
