It all began in grade nine, in the back row of our high school English class. Malcolm leaned over and asked Marissa for help making bubble letters for a project. That small, sweet moment was the spark that would eventually light a lifelong flame.

Though we met young, our journey wasn’t a straight line. We didn’t officially become a couple until the end of grade twelve. Life took us on different paths for a while, but no matter the distance or time apart, something always pulled us back toward each other. It was as if our hearts had already decided, this was meant to be.

We’ve now spent 11 years growing side by side, not only as partners, but as parents. In our early adulthood, we welcomed our son Mason into the world, a life-changing moment that challenged us, matured us, and ultimately brought us even closer. Through every twist, turn, and milestone, we stood hand in hand, learning and loving eachother unconditionally

We built a life together one grounded in trust, laughter, resilience, and unconditional love. In our early twenties, we bought our first family home, turning dreams into reality and walls into warmth.

What started with bubble letters turned into a beautiful, real-life love story. Today, we celebrate everything we've overcome and everything still to come. This is the next chapter in a forever that’s already well underway—and we’re so grateful to share it with you.
