Our Wedding

Our story is a classic college athletics romance. Going to a small school, it's easy to know someone without ever really knowing them. Though we remember meeting in passing on multiple occasions, a mutual friend introduced us in a platonic manner. I cut hair and Jack needed a haircut. After a few months of Jack "needing a haircut" almost every week, there was a clear spark and though neither of us were looking for a relationship, we felt the pull to see where things went. Our first date was Valentines Day, 2018, and the rest was history.

How We Met:

If anyone was there during the months prior to our engagement.. we are sorry! Intense with anticipation after ring shopping months prior, June 9th, 2023 could not have come soon enough. We were on a date night to Hawk Ridge Winery in Watertown, CT, with our beloved pup Alaska, when Jack got down on one knee. After causing a scene filled with tears and hugs and kisses, we spent time taking engagement photos around the winery (check them out in the photos tab!) and called our friends and family. We celebrated with dinner and a night at Water's Edge Resort and Spa, and came home that late afternoon to a small party with both our families. We cant wait to celebrate our story in September with all of you!

Our entire wedding was planned around this National Park! The views are incredible, and you must carve out time to see this nature's marvel. Feel free to reach out to Jack &amp; I if you have questions on recommended hikes, tours, or how to navigate park reservations.(this one can be tricky!) Fun fact, we are traveling here the day after out wedding for more photos/ videos and some great hiking!

Glacier National Park

There is a good chance there will be snow on the mountains come late September! Keep an eye on the weather report and plan some skiing or snowboarding.

Whitefish Mountain Resort

Places on Flathead Lake have activities year round. Sea me paddle , linked below has tours all through winter! You can even take a boat to Wild Horse Island, which lives up to its name. There is a 3 mile walking trail where you may get lucky and spot one of the wild horses that live on this land.
