If you are staying at or near the Hyatt Centric Mag Mile, we will have a shuttle to transport hotel guests to and from Ovation. If you are not staying at or near the hotel, there is free street parking available at Ovation.

Doors open 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. Please arrive within the 30 minute time frame as the ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM. The shuttle from the Hyatt will be dropping off between 4:30PM and 4:45PM

Our dress code is formal/cocktail attire.

Yes! There is a designated area for coats to the left of the entrance at Ovation

We have chosen to make our day adults only.

Yes, there will be one pick up from the Hyatt Mag Mile at 4:00PM, leaving promptly at 4:15PM for Ovation. The bus will be parked on Erie and St. Clair. There will be a return shuttle at 10:30pm and at 11:30pm when the wedding is over.
