When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by October 1st.
What is the dress code?
We ask that all our guests wear formal attire. This includes floor length gowns for women and suits and ties for men.
Will the ceremony be inside or outside?
The ceremony and reception will be held inside.
What time should I arrive?
We would love get the party started as scheduled! We ask that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.
Will there be transportation to and from the venue?
There will be a shuttle, running between the venue and the hotel before the ceremony, as well as in the evening. Guests can park in the ramp across the street from the hotel, and take the shuttle to the venue. In order to take the shuttle, please arrive no later than 2:30pm at the hotel to ensure timely departure.
The shuttle will depart from hotel at 2:45pm and leave the venue at 10pm and 11:30pm.
Can I park at the venue?
Our venue has a designated parking spot for all guests. Cars can be left there overnight, with the requirement that they should be picked up by 10 AM the next day.
Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?
Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
Will you be serving alcohol?
PLEASE REMEMBER YOUR ID, you will not be served without. There will be an open bar available to all guests 21+. We want everyone to celebrate and enjoy the night with us, please plan your transportation accordingly and take advantage of using the shuttle.
